A charge will incur for any appointments that are cancelled within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment time. All no-show appointments/ late cancels, the fee will be 50% of the scheduled service(s) booked. Saturday appointments ONLY: booking/ holding deposit is required and non-refundable. The fee is 30% of the services scheduled. This will be applied to your appointment total. All no-show or late cancellations on SATURDAYS, will hold a fee of 70%.
